We had blue skies during our walk this morning and it was warm in the sun. Although there is still fresh snow on the mountains surrounding Kelowna!
Looking south down Okanagan Lake. Kelowna is on the left and Penticton, BC is many kilometers further around the bend.
The water level in the lake is still low so we were able to walk out on the sand spit at our favorite site in loop three.
We stayed in this site with friends last year, one of the best sites in the park!

The clouds started to roll in and it looks like the end of our sunny Sunday … fingers crossed for a sunny Monday 🙂
I can’t wait for the warm weather so that I can read my book at the beach.
